GIVE JACOB A CHANCE BENEFIT FOR JACOB RALPHSON WILL BE HELD ON SUNDAY, SEPTEMBER 12 AT BOURBON STREET!

JACOB WAS BORN AT 31 WEEKS. HE SUFFERS FROM CEREBRAL PALSY, CORTICAL VISUAL IMPAIRMENT AND A SEIZURE DISORDER.
JACOB WIL BE 6 IN SEPTEMBER AND WILL BE IN KINDERGARTEN AT BLAIR EARLY CHILDHOOD CENTER.
A WONDERFUL EVENT IS BEING PLANNED FOR HIM BY FAMILY AND FRIENDS!!
