Marist to hold summer boys basketball camps

Marist High School will hold their annual boys basketball camp for students in grades 5-8 from Monday June 25 to Thursday June 28. The fifth and sixth graders will have their camp from 9 a.m. to 10:30 a.m., while the seventh and eighth graders will have theirs from 10:30 a.m. to 12 noon. Session 2 for both age groups will occur from July 9-12. The camp for incoming freshmen is scheduled for July 16-26.
The camp will last 1 1/2 hours a day and be held four days a week. There will be a free t-shirt given to all campers and additional awards will be dispensed to winners of various fundamental and shooting contests. The fee is $60 per person.
The Marist program has been on the rise steadily since the school went co-ed in 2002. Over the last four years, the team has amassed an impressive 93-29 record and have also won three Regional Championships.
