Rusch attacker gets seven years

Cook County Criminal Court Judge Joseph Kazmierski sentenced 18-year-old Micha Eatman Thursday to the maximum seven years in prison for aggravated battery and robbery for his part in an attack last July that left a Beverly boy in a seizure.
The sentence will be carried out at a facility yet to be determined, but Eatman is currently housed at Cook County Jail at 26th and California.
Eatman - the accused ringleader - his cousin and another teen were charged with beating Rusch at Beverly Park July 16.
Eatman was convicted March 22 in Cook County Criminal Court of aggravated battery, robbery and unlawful restraint, but Kazmierski found him not guilty of the most serious charge
