Wine tasting @ BAC

The Young Adult Board of the Beverly Arts Center will host the 3rd annual Summer Wine Tasting on Thurs., Aug. 12, 7 to 9 p.m., in the Center’s courtyard, 2407 W. 111th St. The event features live music by Michael Beetley.
Available for tasting will be five affordable quality wines selected for their excellent pairing with summer foods and for their representation of old world vs. new world wines. The white, red, and sparkling varietals served for tasting will be from France, Italy, Spain, Australia and Washington State.
Admission is $10 and includes samples of wine, as well as cheese and other light refreshments. The event is for age 21 and over only. Cash bar will be available. Purchase tickets in advance by calling 773-445-3838. In case or rain, the event will be held indoors. Sponsors include Harrington College of Design and Amazing Edibles.
The event is hosted by the BAC Young Adult Board, which is open to people age 21 to 35 who wish to become more active in the Center’s programming and arts opportunities. Hi all, – stumbled upon this blog due to pure luck when roaming around the web this evening, and pleased that I did! I do like the page structure and tones, but I ought to point out that I’m having issues when it loads. I’m using Shiira 1 browser for mac, and the side panel doesn’t align properly. i’m confident applied exactly the same layout on a client’s web site, but the menu seems Ok on mine. I have an idea the problem is at my end & I suppose it’s time to swap!
